Has anyone had luck recently using this site to track the traffic
incidents? It been unavailable 90% of the time for me.

Very slow, hasn't loaded yet.  Hmmm.  The "hot spot" screen is empty, but the
"most recent" option shows lots of entries.  It's kind of stupid that you have
to select "most recent" and then select "Los Angeles" (if that's what you
want), but after all, it is a government website.

It works better with Mozilla than Netscape 4.79.

It usually takes 3 or 4 tries, but eventually comes up (for Monterey County
incidents)  ...  Bill E.
