New exit on I-15 in Ontario?

Just south of CA-60 on I-15, right at the Ontario/Corona border, or is it
Ontario/Mira Loma... whatever... just south of CA-60 is a new interchange.
I think I may have asked this already, but what is this new interchange?
Is it an upgraded CA-60 interchange or is it something else?
