Amp and sub suggestions for a Dodge Neon?

I have a 98 2 door Dodge Neon with a Pioneer DEH-P5500 deck, DEI 3065
components, and a Phoenix Gold MS-275 amp which recieves a highpass
signal x-over at 80Hz from the deck.  I want to add a 12 sub (possibly
a DVC 12" or maybe dual 10"s)  and an amplifier.  I would like some
space left in the trunk.  I listen to classic rock most of the time so
I am looking for SQ not SPL.  I am looking to spend about $200 for
both and I am willing to build my own box.    I saw a Crunch P2250
(250x2 RMS) amp at my local Fry's electronics for $80. I saw a Kenwood
KAC-728 (100x2 RMS) for $48 at a local shop.  I am willing to buy
old/used equipment.  Any thoughts or suggestions on what would be a
good match?  Also, I think I need more power for the DEI 3065's so I
am thinking about placing the PG on the sub(s) I am going to purchase.
Thanks!
