Make sure your enclosure walls have Zero air leaks between them. GE
Sillocone works well, make sure you use paintable type if you intend to
paint it. Ive been using liquid nails with 2" drywall screws.

Yes, Huge difference IMHO.

IMHO its the opposite: Sealed = Clear, low, resonant, controled cone motion,
low efficiency. Ported = high efficiency, need large enclosure volume for
sub-bass extension.... Something like that
