Im considering purchasing a viper 790xv. Just wanted to see if anyone here has one or has installed one. Im trying to decide between the 550s and the 790xv, but I like to have cool gadgets to play with so im leaning torward the 790xv. I believe I have that one. Its the high-end Responder, but with the old-style remote. Not sure if that was the 790xv or not now that the new style is the 791xv. Installation is included in the price in the shops that have DEI alarms around here, so the shop did it. The only problem I've had is the remote croaked on me. Just stopped working one day. DEI replaced it readily and with the new style remote too. (Old was grey and squarish, the new is black and a bit sleeker.)
