Hey folks,

I have been hunting for shallow / very small volume subwoofers for my 2000
Saab project and came across the HZ line, distributed by Red Mountain Audio.
(www.redmountainaudio.com).  Their website shows an install in their VW
Beetle that is very similar to what I want to accomplish in my Saab.  Has
anyone ever heard the Red Mountain Audio demo vehicle, white VW beetle??

Has anyone seen / heard the Hz Air Mille 10" or 12" drivers in a sealed
enclosure, or the Hz Space 6 in a door as a midbass driver??

Thanks

Dave

I've been using Hertz speakers and AIR3000 sub for almost three years now and
I'm quite happy with them. The sub is in 0.72 cu.ft. net sealed box and it works
fine. That box was originally made for 10" Solobaric! The amps I'm using are two
Audison LRx 2.250, one for the front speakers and the other for sub.

You can find couple of pics from:

Unfortunately the text is in Finnish. ;-)

I can't offer any oppinions on those speakers but I know Elemental Designs
offers subs that work in small enclosures.  http://www.edesignaudio.com/ is
their webpage.  Some of their subs will work in boxes as small as 0.2 cubic
feet which is what you're looking for.

Hope this helps,
Robbie
