Please if any one has or can find this out for me i will be very happy
indeed.I just scored this HU for $80 and installed it with ease,my
only uncertainty is with the wiring itself, you see this is my
problem..there is your usual 4x speaker
connections,ground,power,backup power(remote),power antena then there
is another 2 connection wires both same colour,so i am left wondering
what these other 2 connection are for.i tried to google and webcrawl
and other numerous search engines for a diagram or even help but no
luck as yet..thanx in advance to anyone who even tries to help me out.

Some newer head units have two remote power outputs. One for the amps
and another for the power antenna, which is only active when the tuner
is on. Not knowing the make or model of your unit I could only hazard a
guess that the last one might be a light dimming input or a cell phone
mute input. If Crutchfield sells your unit they may have the info you
need on their web site. They tend to provide excellent documentation.

If you post the make and model of your unit here someone may have
accurate information for you.

OOPS. I dum, you put the model in the subject line.

I took my advice but I couldn't find anything out for you at Crutchfield
or similar sites. Hopefully someone else on here can help you.

Good luck.
