Hi there,

I was the proud owner of an Audiobahn AW1208T, until I blew it.

I'm now looking to redo the bass in my car, I was thinking either:

AUDIOBAHN A2300HCT + 2 AW1208T's

OR

AUDIOBAHN A2300HCT + 1 AW1508T

The amp can kick out 2x1200W rms at 1Ohm (subs can be wired to 1Ohm) or 1 x
2400W rms at 1 Ohm. The 1208's are 1500W rms each and the 1508 is 2000W RMS.

My question is - would a 15" at 2000W RMS sound better and louder than two
12" subs at 1000W RMS each?

Thanks for any help

The two 12's would be louder. Why did you blow the previous setup?

Was playing a track and the amp I had at the time didn't cut off the noise
and sent it straight to the sub and blew it.
