Soundstream amplifier prices on ebay

Dear all,

Lately I have been browsing Ebay for Soundstream amps and it seems that the
price has goes down significantly.
Has the quality of Soundstream amps goes down also?

No...  I heard rumours that the company is so close to filing for
Chapter 11 though...

I have a soundstream amp and the sound is amazing...
