Anyone know what happened to the Sony XT-XM1 Unilink XM Radio receiver
that's shown on the XM Radio web site?

http://www.xmradio.com/catalog/product_detail.jsp?id=28327&type=Tuner

Kinda strange that Sony is selling all these "XM Ready" HUs, but
doesn't seem to manufacture a Unilink XM receiver anymore...

Thanks for any responses -
Robert Giles

That's because XM is about to release XM-Direct units for aftermarket radios
that are going to blow away the proprietary XM units.  These will have the
XM Commander tuner (no XM Commander interface), micro antenna and a
BlitzSafe adapter (to integrate it directly to your XM-ready head-unit) -
and will retail for $125 or less.

BlitzSafe/Terk are telling me June for release.
