I had the Xplod one. It didn't display the full MP3 tag. Just the first 8
characters of the filename. This really sucked. The player worked well,
never had any problems. Sold the car a while back, and it still works.

I just replaced my wife's factory HU w/a cheap Sony since her Nissan HU
failed. I like Sony ergonomics. It supports up to v2.4 ID3 tags which is
impressive but I haven't spent the time figuring out how it *allegedly*
auto-scrolls that data and am having a similar experience as the other
fella's post. I don't drive her car so I don't have time to fiddle around
with it. "How" it reads the files also makes sense to me, compared to
other HUs that I've heard had quite absurd conventions/logic.

I just got it to autoscroll the ID3 tag now. Pretty sweet.
