someone stop me before i do something stupid. This is the setup i a
looking at getting

1 Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1D 12" Subwoofer

1 MTX Thunder421D Class D Amplifier

for $379 shipped

and comments/insight/insults would be greatly appreciated

Make sure you get the DVC model so you can run it @ 2Ohms to get the
power.
I have the MTX 421D. X-over is a little bit of a pain because of the lack of
markings. But other than that, works great. Runs pretty cool for 300+
watts.Check out the EBC for it as well.. It makes volume changes painless.
