Do you have three different two-channel amps to provide the six channels of
amplification, or a four-channel and a two-channel? If one of them is a
four-channel, there may be a switch on the amp that will allow you to feed
all four channels on that amp using a single pair of RCA inputs.

Scott,
I've checked that; the Helix doesn't support that. I'm using 2 amplifiers
for the front stage - one 2-channel to drive the woofers and a second 4
channel amp that will drive the mids & tweeter so I do need 3 pairs of RCA
inputs coming from the front of the head unit.
Thanks much,
Rick

Then I would just daisy-chain two Y-adapters together (per channel) to get
three outputs from one input. (I'm not sure why you said you'd need three
adapters in your original post).

I'd do the same. If you feel like getting fancy, you could take some regular
rca cables, cut them off, solder the connections and wrap it with heat
shrink tubing.
