Kenwood kdc x679 vs Alpine cda 7827 or 7831

It's time to replace my trusty Alpine 7930, internal amps aren't important
sound is. I've the older Alpine  S604 changer, But also have a Kenwood
Sirius tuner and Terk antenna.I'm leaning towards the Alpine because of its
seamless integration for the new install. But sonically can I pass up the
Kenwood's Burr Brown DAC and System E's x-over. Price being equal wahts my
best bet.
