For your application, I would go with the Pioneer. I was comparing the
specs, and the Pioneer's seem to be alot better.

I realize the specs are meaningless. Has anyone had any experience
with both of these? Which would you choose?

OK, then, forget about the specs. How about deciding on which brands
are more reputable? Infinity's quality is somewhat better than
Pioneer's. But I hear a lot of people don't like Infinity speakers
(Kappa series mostly) because they are too "bright".
It's really a matter of preference. If I had to choose between the two,
I would go with the Pioneer. I have had Pioneer speakers before, and
they were excellent.
