Don't rule out DVC subs off-hand. If you're trying for an overall
two-ohm load, you can do that with DVC subs as well - they just have
to have 2-ohm or 8-ohm coils.
What is the interior volume of the Obcon box? That's going to be the
most important thing when it comes to picking good subs to go with it.

Scott- The interior of the box is .66 per chamber. It's pretty small.
I didn't even think about the DVC 2ohm and 8ohm configurations. I'm
trying to keep it at $100 per sub as the max. Freaky output is not
what I'm interested in...just tight and accurate with the "ability" to
get and stay louder than you would normally want to listen to it for
extended periods of time. What do you think? Thanks for the

.66 isn't too terrible for 10's, actually. You should still have a wide
assortment.
