Mono signal to 2 channel amp

Hey all,

My head unit has a mono line output for a sub...

As I'm hoping to bridge a dual channel amp, should I just common the
mono line to both inputs on the amp, or, is there something else I need?

Most sub outs are mono, do you just have 1 sub out?
if so you can just use a Y adapter.
Some amps the have a bridge switch sometimes only use one RCA as the input.
Usually the left channel
