I have a Pioneer DEH-7500 CD/MP3 radio.  The face is very beat up and I
was wondering, are the newer models interchangeable?  Specifically, can
I attach the DEH-7700 face without removing the cd player?  The
connectors are in the same spot and look the same.

If not, do they use the same plugs on the rear of the cd so I do not
have to totally rewire.

Thanks

Michael

Both of those units use the same wire harness. so you can just exchange the
2 units.
The face may work but some functions may be different, so it would be better
to just change the whole unit to be on the safe side.
