Alpine 7878 No CD Sound

Hello all!!

I have an Alpine 7878 that stop to give sound when we turn on the cd
player!! The radio do everything but with no sound when the cd is
playing!!! What could be?

Are you getting any error messages on the screen or does it look like the CD
is playing. Are you playing standard CD's or mp3 CD's?

Is equal, you could play both this just don?t give sound when you put
on CD mode and the equalizer don?t move.... On radio is everything ok.

Do you have an amplifier in the vehicle?
Alpine has 2 remote wires. if the Antenna remote is hooked to the amp then
you will have no sound when the CD plays becasue the Antenna remote turns
off in CD mode.
If there is an amp, make sure the Blue/white is hooked up to the remote
turn-on on the amp.

I?m testing the radio outside of the veicule. This in the circuit so i
need information of this problem or the schematic.
