Me and a friend of mine both have the old school Kicker C12-4 i know
these subs can pound pretty good given the right amount of wattage but
im not quite sure what the specs for an enclosure are for them. I've
tried googling them but they wont show up and so i was wondering if
anybody knew what the specs for a ported enclosure would be, preferbly
smaller because we both listen mostly to rock

I searched using Google and got 600+ hits, including this one:

http://www2.shopping.com/xPF-Kicker-C12

It lists this unit as 150w rms,  300w peak power, 4ohm dual coil, freq
25 - 500hz, 88.6db sensitivity

Did you go to the Kicker Stillwater designs web site?

http://www.kicker.com/06/kicker_home.html

Look under support>technical support>t/s parameters>comp.  It lists a
Model 05C124 with the following technical specs:

4ohm
spl: 88.4
Displacement, cc: 1720
Displacement, cu.in: 104.9
Hole cutout, in dia:  11 1/8
Mounting depth, in:  5 3/4
Revc:  6.89
VC Inductance, mH:  2.9
Sd, m3:  0.0531
BL:  12.5
Vas, Liters:  127.65
Vas, CuFt:  4.51
Moving Mass, oz:  4.06
Fs:  26.5
Qms:  9.865
Qes:  0.629
Qts:  0.591
Peak Power Handling, Watts:  300
EXmas, mm:  9.76

You should then have plenty of info to plug in to one of the many free
Sub enclosure design formulas.  Here is one site:

http://www.carstereo.com/help/Articles.cfm

This one seems to give you a good start for a ported box:

Why don't you simply give Stillwater Designs (Kicker) a phone call? If
you're dealing with serious legacy equipment, the manufacturer is
likely going to be your only real source of information.
