This just started this morning. I drive a 2001 Ford Escape. The left tweeter speaker on the door window began crackling as soon as I started the car. I seen posts here addressing scrackling with the radio on. This one crackles with the radio off & on. When it's on, only the rear speakers work, the front speakers are silent. Any clues? Thanks. Its the vinyl crackling before the song starts ;) Check connections.....diagnose. Try another driver on driver giving crackle.
