I bought a used, out of warranty, 2005 Nissan Murano SE AWD prewired
for SAT with Sirius antenna and receiver. The Bose AM/FM-6CD-Cassette-
SAT works just fine, except for the SAT button. When pressed, it
displays the ESN ID No.; scan button displays "Channel-000"; program
button displays "HIP HOP." That's it. It won't download channels or
anything else.

I've tried unsuccessfully to (re)activate with Sirius. Don't want to
spend the bucks at the local Nissan dealership (expensive; slow; un-
good) if all the receiver needs is a reset.

Is there a schematic for 2005 Muranos dealer-installed Sirius
receivers, or a troubleshooting FAQ, or a techie type who knows what
to do? Any help is appreciated, katykat
