How come the prosecutor didnt offer you a deal? Do you have a clean driving record? This isn't exactly on topic here, but... The prosecuter has not yet had the chance to offer me a deal, given that we have not yet met officially in court. How did things turn out? ------------ Alex Well, I was extremely well-prepared with cross examination questions, case law and a clear goal of my strategy. Don't hold your breath waiting for your refund. I have been a member for 5 years and am very happy.
