The short of it, FHP tries to pull over some woman in a Camaro from TN,
she eventually stops the car just south of downtown frickin'
Jacksonville, FL and shoots her passenger, shutting down I-95 for the
afternoon and right through rush hour. Have fun driving home, people.....
