Hey guys, Can anybody give me an idea of what the traffic will be like around Philly and Trenton on I-95 and bypasses. We will be heading out of Baltimore on a Thursday. What time does the traffic go nuts around these areas in the morning? Is is stop and go? Are there shortcuts?
