One can't help but be aware of the number of fat people waddling around
these days. Its a real tribute to industrial cuisine.

What I would like to know is just how many millions of barrels of oil is
being used to just accelerate this extra lard mass.

It must have a significant impact on the fuel economy of national car
fleets, public transportation energy costs.

Hell yes.  Air and bus fares should be based on passenger weight.

I thought you said weight doesn't matter WRT fuel economy?

Despite you're probably just trolling as usual, I actually agree - since it
costs more to move the weight and to provide extra area for it, charge more.

Good lord! It would take a fortune to ship you and/or your mother
anywhere!

mouth.

Obesity in our nation is having an effect on the airline industry, so I
would not be surprised to see that our collective fat a.ses are draging
down the efficiency of our autos also.

One can't help but be aware of the number of presumptuous nanny-statists
infesting the country and the world these days.  It's a real tribute to
the sheer number of morons with nothing better to do.

What I would like to know is just how many millions of barrels of oil are
being burned just to propagate, and enforce, their sanctimonious and often
hypocritical twaddle about how other people should live their lives.

It must have a significant impact on national government budgets.

The government ought to consider a great money-saving move:  HANG the SOBs
instead of enacting their advice into law!
