You can always count on some dumb broad to back her SUV into a fire
hydrant, knocking it over 90 degrees and producing a spectacular
geyser. You'll notice the driver that created the west coast version
of Buckingham Fountain is nowhere to be seen...

LOL, I thought hydrants only did that in the movies.

Every hydrant I've seen toppled was equiped with an automatic flow control valve
to prevent that exact thing from happening. Water must be plentiful around
there.  ;)

Oh yeah - we import billions of gallons of it from the Colorado river
and the Owens valley every day!

LADY DRIVEN!!!

I nearly got clobbered this afternoon by some nitwit bimbo in a minivan.
I'm on 17 north in the #2 lane approaching the SSI Causeway. She was
exiting the SSI Causeway onto 17 North (the layout is that 17 is 2 lanes
northbound untill the causeway where a #3 lane forms for causeway traffic
to exit and continues north with 3 lanes. There is a yield sign for
causeway traffic going to 17 north and the rest of traffic is controlled
by a light. 17 northbound traffic had a green light). I'm in the #2 lane
when she comes right off the causeway into and immediately goes to the
left into the #2 lane where I am. Fortunately for her, I had the #1 lane
clear and was able to move over before my nose went right into her
drivers door, but not with out copious amounts of horn and dirty looks
from me as I went past. And ofcourse, the bitch had a cellphone buried in
her ear. I guess the echo in her head drowned out my horn...

...and 25 minutes ago I was cut off by yet another bimbo in a minivan
so she could get into the RIGHT TURN ONLY lane I was in.  Immediately
after cutting me off she slammed on her brakes about 10 feet from the
turn, facing a green light, before panicking and swerving back left
into the through lanes, nearly getting slammed by a box truck that
somehow swerved to avoid her.

Great stuff.
