Good news is the speeder is dead too.  If he had lived you can be sure
criminal coddler america would have called this an "accident" and done
nothing to him.

WEST CHICAGO — Police said Monday a speeding Ferrari caused the
accident that killed three people earlier this month.

Police still do not know if the driver was drunk.

At about 8:30 p.m. Oct. 10, Matthew A. Lane, 27, of Wheaton, was
driving his 1995 Ferrari east on Fabyan Parkway just south of Route
38, police said.

Excessive speed caused Lane to loose control of the car, crossed the
median, and struck a 1991 Toyota Corolla, and then a 2001 Ford
Explorer.

The car was found split in half and on fire after the crash, police
said.

Lane was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the
scene.

Nicole M. Westerhoff, 23, of North Aurora, and her 5-year-old son,
Devon, were in the Toyota, which was found in a ditch on its side,
police said.

Both had to be extricated from the car and were pronounced dead at
Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, police said. The boy was strapped
into his car seat, police said.

Sara R. Brown, 25, of Batavia was driving the Explorer and was not
injured.

What? The woman wasn't looking far enough ahead to see the guy cross
into her lane of traffic? She must have gone through the same driver
training program you went through.

"Do we operate under a system of equal justice under law? Or is there one system for the average citizen and another for the high and mighty?" ~ Senator Ted Kennedy, 1973

When asked if Sentator Kennedy would consider a Presidential Nomination for the next election, Ted responded by stating "I'll drive off that bridge when I come to it."

Kennedy to Search Iraqi Rivers for WMD
by Scott Ott

(2003-01-21) -- Senator Edward "Ted" Kennedy, D-MA, offered to help the U.N. weapons inspectors by personally searching the bottoms of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers for canisters of gas or biological agents.

The Senator, who had some experience diving on a submerged metal object in 1969, said, "Each citizen must do what he can to support the effort to disarm Saddam. I'm going to see if I can get to the bottom of this thing...as it were. I'm hoping to come up with something...uh...again, as it were."

Sen. Kennedy declined to discuss the specifics of his previous diving experience.

---

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana --- Ted Kennedy announced today that he will lead a team of SCUBA divers to search for any survivors who might be left from the Katrina aftermath.
"I have unique experience in this area," said Kennedy. "We will try and try to dive down and find survivors beneath the flood waters. We will do everything possible. We cannot fail. We must not."
A reporter mentioned to Kennedy that surely there would be no survivors under the flood waters at this point in time. "It wasn't safe," said Kennedy. "How could we dive to find survivors when it wasn't safe? The important thing is that I tried. I did everything I could to dive down and find survivors."

So they don't know if he's drunk, but they already know it was excessive
speed that caused him to lose control?

You're the one defending Teddy Kennedy.

I'm not defending a murderer.

Why do you pretend I am?

Because LBMHBF doesn't have two brain cells to rub together.  Everyone on
r.a.d knows that by now.

Why do you keep feeding the troll?

Sometimes you want to be driving the biggest vehicle you know how to start.
