YOUNG driver has been banned for making peace V-signs at a speed
camera while travelling BELOW the limit.
Sean Toehill, 21, was stunned when officers arrived at his house next
day and charged him with dangerous driving.
They had a mobile camera picture of the oil rig worker making the
two-fingered gestures with both hands off the wheel.
Sean, of Cupar, Fife, was banned for 12 months, fined £90 and ordered
to retake his test.
He said: Its a joke. I was doing 22mph in a 40 limit.
Police said: He was showing off.

Makes sense to me. No excuse for taking BOTH hands off the wheel. Dood
says he was driving slow, but that's not the point.

f.cker should lose his license for going 22 in a 40 no matter how many
hands he had on the wheel.

England - the Gilded Alcatraz. With the Brit government now
boasting of a new plan to track every car everywhere it goes in
Britain, Brits will be more surveillanced than American county jail
inmates.
