If I can take everyone back to a post that I made a little while ago
about a wreck that I was involved in ie: I was driving and a family
went through three lanes of traffic, I couldn't stop and hit the tail
end of them and in the end I recieved a ticked for "failure to maintain
one lane"

Well I wanted to let everyone know that the insurance adjustors have
filed in my favor. Thus they have found that I was not at fault for the
wreck.

However, I still have to fight that stupid ticket the cop gave me
(March 22) but I think having evidence which shows that the claims
office people found me not guilty will always help my cause.

Cool.  I hope that the other party was found 100% at fault.  -Dave

Many insurance companies will forgive the first claim, resulting in a
_non-chargeable_ claim/accident.

Good luck fighting your ticket.

Glad to know that someone was showing some intelligence WRT to your
situation.

Good luck with the case.

Hey hey Lynda,

I remember that whole story.  Glad to hear your insurance was better
than mine was.  Good luck throughout the future investigation(s).  I'm
not surprised the current investigators found no fault, but don't let
that fire die.  You did nothing as far as I could tell, so I hope the
idiot that cut you off gets screwed over. :)

Good luck,
Dave Hogan
