Taken from the story {my commentary in brackets}:

Sally Jenkins, 68, and Jack Jenkins, 70, her husband and longtime
performance partner, were traveling southeast on Georgia Spur 25 Friday
toward U.S. 17 in a 1994 Dodge van when it was struck by a 1991 Ford
Explorer driven by Rogelio Lopez of Honduras at about 8:30 p.m.,
according to Glynn County police. Jack Jenkins was driving the van.

Police said Lopez, 26, was driving north on Altama Avenue with his
passenger, Gustavo Cruz, 23, when he ran through a red traffic light at
the intersection of Altama Avenue and Spur 25 and crashed into the front
passenger side of the Jenkins' van.

{Ah, yes yet another of the guest workers in this nation... Oh, well, it
wasn't one of bush or rove's family members killed...}

County police arrested Lopez Saturday,

{A lot of good a Red Light Camera would have done...}

charging him with first degree homicide by vehicle,

{¡¡AHEM!! A lot of good a Red Light Camera would have done...}

driving without a license,

{¡¡AHEM!! A lot of good a Red Light Camera would have done...}

reckless driving,

{¡¡AHEM!! A lot of good a Red Light Camera would have done...}

failure to obey a traffic control device

{¡¡AHEM!! A lot of good a Red Light Camera would have done...}

and operation of a unregistered vehicle.

{¡¡AHEM!!  ¡¡AHEM!! A lot of good a Red Light Camera would have done...}

He is currently being held at the Glynn County Detention Center.

{Lopez's passenger was arrested at the local hospital seeking treatment
(at taxpayer expense, no doubt) for his injuries. }

God Bless America (now how do you say that in Spanish??)...

My girlfriend and I have known this wonderful couple for many years.
They brought many hours of enjoyable music to audiences across America.
To be slaughtered like this by an illeagle alien who cares nothing of
our laws is a terrible tragedy. And our legislators w3ill do nothing to
solve this rape of our country. What do you see for the future of our
way of life?

The democrats also have a long history of doing nothing regarding illegal
aliens.

Remember, this group of republicans got in because the people were sick
of the democrats. Throwing out republicans for democrats will have
similiar results as the previous throwing out of democrats for
republicans.

Unless the people break out of the two party mentality, it won't be
pretty.

Here we go again.  OK, let's all play.

I knew this wonderful couple too.  He was nice enough to share his
bitch with anyone who wanted to enjoy her proficiency at oral sex.
Everyone thought he was just great.
