I had to laugh when I read this in today's paper.

Basically, a lawyer was too drunk to realize he was not driving his car,
but a judge's car.

Yet another reason to *never* allow a valet to park your car.

When you read the article, the lawyer picked up the keys off a peg board
and handed them to the valet. However, your point is still valid.
