You should have seen what I saw yesterday on the edens... Dodge pickup
truck towing a trailer... not exciting? The trailer was one of those home
made jobs that uses the bed and rear axle of a pickup. Mounted on the
pickup bed trailer was a fullsize camper top. The kind a person can
stand up in, the kind that has the part that goes over the cab. Home
made hitch system too by the look of it.

The thing didn't look stable... driver was going probably 50 or so in the
far right lane. It was a wreck waiting to happen.

IN doesnt have an inpsection system, how about IL?

None. When I lived on the near south side I saw many vehicles of
extremely poor condition.

IME state inspections are just a waste of money.
