A very unfortunate Traffic Collision with Pedestrians, caught on tape.
A school-bus cuts in front of a pick-up truck consequently loosing
control.

Where did that happen? The bus driver needs to be fired.

Neither the original poster nor the clip indicated any evidence of
deaths or extend of injuries...the very least it would be vehicular
assault.

So? This is america where people routinely get 30 yrs for drug
possession.

Stop being a coddler. REckless drivers are killers and maimers and
deserve a lot more prison time than someone guilty of drug possession,
a crime without even the potential to harm others.

Just set down the joint a second...
The drug trade on the streets is linked to murder and terrorism. The
reckless drivers should share cells with the drug pushers.

LMAO. Gee, it's so difficult to believe you don't have the ability to
back up your errant assertions.
Having fun at the bath houses, Aunt Judy?

A very accurate assessment indeed.

I didn't think you had any sources to back up this absurd claim.

No, you disingenuous twat. You made the assertation that "This is
america where people routinely get 30 yrs for drug possession." Now,
either you provide proof to back up your "claim," or STFU.

Oh really? Tell me what American city that clip is from, eh?

Kevin,
It looks like the clip is from Colorado! Downtown Denver to be exact.
(note the sarcasm).

Losing control? Hah! That's just an example of how the typical
piss-poor driver reacts when confronted with a low-speed avoidance
manuever. The pickup driver could have slammed on the brakes or even
moved laterally a very few feet and continued merrily on their way,
there was plenty of room.
I think this represents what's often called an "avoidable collision".
It appears to me that the pickup had plenty of time to stop before
slamming into the pedestrians.
I think it's a good practice to try to ensure whoever "causes" a crash
is involved in the crash. Without the camera the pickup would have a
hard time validating the fact that a school bus forced their avoidance
manuever.

Not only did that bus driver cause the collision, he proceeds to
simply drive away afterwards!
I hope they nailed that f.cker's balls to the wall!!!
This is, BTW, exactly how Sloth Kills, and yet somehow manages to
avoid being tallied up in the statistics. Each and every day some
Sloth gets in the way, forcing another driver to take evasive action.
The other driver misses the Sloth, but strikes something else (like a
telephone pole, another car, or a group of pedestrians), and the Sloth
just putters away unscathed. By the time the police arrive the Sloth
that caused all the carnage is long gone.

But the bus driver wasn't speeding! How could he operate a vehicle
unsafely if he wasn't exceeding the speed limit?
Sorry, lost my mind temporarily.

Apparently so did the bus driver and the pickup driver. I've seen
people drive in an unsafe manner at 10-15 below the limit.
Had a case earlier this week where a guy rear-ended a tractor on US 36
west of Brookfield, MO. The tractor driver died in the wreck.
Tractors normally go 20; the posted limit is 65 (it's a 4-lane
expressway). The other driver received a C&I citation (would have
happened whether he was doing 50 or 80 in that zone).

Bus assumed his blind spot was free, pickup driver overreacted.
Took 2 to tango that time.
