He's the guy who goes on and on about his village and how since the state
or county built a fast road through the middle of it they have to enforce
a low speed limit. He believes in some sort of magically designed speed
hump that has no drawbacks and doesn't consider any other form of road
design (narrower roads, curves, etc, that results in lower speeds without
the drawbacks of real world speed humps and bumps.

That's where I remember him from!  that idiotic speed hump thread where
he wouldn't even address real-world issues that people raised and just
was basically abusive and annoying.
