While I'm not an advocate of DUI, I think an "administrator" of such draconian policy enforcement getting imprisoned for three years would be a very good thing. A cop in the joint?!? YES!!!! He'll probably get about as much action as "Speeders And Drunk Drivers Are Murderers" gets when it visits the bath houses!!!
