I'm in the drive-through mail drop at the Tustin post orifice. At the
front of the line is a white Suburban. The driver is on his cell
phone, and he is feeding his Christmas cards into the mailbox ONE AT A
TIME. He cared not a whit for the line of vehicles forming behind his
MFFY a.s (I was third in line). To pass the time I started counting:
one envelope, two envelope, three envelope... I got to SEVENTEEN
before he finally finished feeding them in and drove off. By this time
there were at least 3 other vehicles behind me in line; the backup
reached out into, and was blocking, the street.
It would have been faster for me to park my car at the curb, walk up
to the mailbox, drop my two letters in, and drive away.
<sarcasm>Thanks, MFFY, for spreading so much Christmas
Cheer.</sarcasm>

If you listen carefully, you can hear Carl's wife scream just prior to the impact.

Was the MFFY also wasting petrol by holding the SUV in gear with the
brake depressed? I may have approached the MFFY and explained that the
drive-through is not for MFFYing, and to use the indoor counter service.
