I Exasperated a MFFY Today

MFFY bitch in a red pickup truck is waiting to turn out of a shopping
center driveway onto a busy 50 MPH road. I'm in the right lane on said
road. There is a fairly sizeable gap between me and the car in front,
but not large enough for Mizz MFFY and her underpowered 4-cylinder
econotruck to pull out safely. As I approach at 50 MPH and she
realizes I'm not going to slow down and let her in front of me, she
raises her hands in a gesture of exasperation - as if I had somehow
done something wrong!

OBTW, I noticed you were able to pull into traffic immediately after I
passed by - WTF were you so pissed off about?!?!?!? Could it be that
you weren't upset about having to wait so much as you were pissed off
that I did not acceed to your every whim?

Gee, sorry I ruined your day, sweetheart!

I betch she was using her turn signals, perhaps the only time that day.
Some drivers mistakenly think: "I'm signaling, so you have to let me
in".  Wrong-a-mundo!

What makes her a MFFY, seeing that she didn't pull out regardless?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Yours,

Because she expected me to be a JLEDI, and when I didn't she got
exasperated. She felt I should have let her go first (MF) and, when I
didn't, she essentially said "f.ck You" (FY).

IOW, everyone is a MFFY once you believe so hard enough. :-)

OK, so what's your explanation for her exasperation?

Maybe she was just exasperated at the situation--lousy luck that she
can't easily pull out into traffic.  Happens to all of us from time to
time.

It isn't all just about you, you know.

Oh, but it is.  It's SFFTR, you see.

Scott First, f.ck the Rest.

The ironical bit is that the lady might just as well post
here, describe the situation, and call Scott a MFFY.  With
only slight variations in the way she'd word the message,
I think she'd have as valid a point as Scott has.

Which he'd never admit of course.  MFFYs never do.  ;-)

SCNR,
  Erik.

That's one thing about USENET: no matter what you say, there's always
some clown who comes out of the woodwork and posts a contrary view, no
matter how contrived or ridiculous, simply because they love to argue.

Go ahead, guys - knock yourselves out. :)
