Makes sense to me.  Do the same with DUI and red light running and all
moving violations.  Turn a $100 fine into $1000.

If people are really driving dangerously, we should ENCOURAGE them to do
so with their kids in the car.  Especially your mom.

I'm thing it's mom probably takes the bus, considering how much time
she spends at the station.

Unfortunately for you, what makes sense to you is meaningless to
sober, thinking adults.

But do keep up with your pitiful little posts; they are rather
entertaining at times!

First thought: of course it would make sense to you; it's a perfect fit
to your prior attempts at logic.  The only kink is that your
recommendation deviates from your usual push for incarceration.  I
grant that you may be taking the step in the right direction; why
punish taxpayers for a driver's scheiskopf stunt?

In some states, if the moving violation or DUI results in an accident
and a pregnant woman gets killed, and the unborn infant also dies, it's
charges on TWO counts of murder.

All drivers have a flawless record until the first time behind the
wheel.  Gotta like that one.

Perhaps if you demonstrated you were capable of communicating with
adults, you wouldn't be treated like a child.

Fat chance you'll demonstrate you're capable of behaving like an
adult. LOL.

I think along with that legislation we add fines for people that drive
death mobiles with bald tires and burned out dash lights.  Oh wait,
that's your car!

Don't worry, Darwin'll will handle it, just like he handles 3,000
other cases each month. He's just very backlogged, but I understand
he's considering hiring help.

With all of their bickering kids are %77 more likely to cause a accident
than talking on a cell phone.  You aren't a criminal coddler are you?

Good point...now you see why in most areas school buses do NOT have

That's probably about right but there's not much we can do about it.
All the more reason to crack down on the distractions we can eliminate

ridiculous.

Probablly the same place that it gets nyms like "Laura Bush murdered her
boyfriend," and "Speeders & Drunk Drivers Are MURDERERS."
God/Allah/Budda/etc... only knows where that place is and quite frankly,
I'm content to keep it that way...
