morons driving around with their handicapped hang tag on their rearview
mirror?

It says clearly at the bottom

REMOVE WHEN DRIVING

Driving around with something as big as a hubcap on your mirror.  Sheesh.

I mean, we used to do it with the fuzzy dice, but that was before all this
safety conscious liberalism showed us the error of our ways.  And back then,
it was actually safe because we drove slower and there were fewer cars on
the road.  ;-)

But now, I see these people, and I want to yell out the window at them.

It  sounds like more evidence that the "handicap" is purely mental.

Which wouldn't surprise me if they "earned" those handicap placards as
a result of an automobile accident. LMAO.

Why don't you argue that the faster one drives the less time spent driving and available to be involved in an accident?

GPSboi demonstrates he doesn't understand the concept of "zero velocity":

Please explain how you concluded a vehicle with a velocity of zero might be -the- contributing factor to a collision due to driver inattentiveness.
