Cops fight law to ban quotas while saying they don't have quotas.

Quotas are good since  nearly everybody is speeding. It's not like the
cops are ticketing innocent people. If you don't like quotas, obey the
law.

You're as dumb as the "Police officials" who attended the meeting.  If
EVERYBODY is speeding, you don't need quotas!  IDIOT!!!

I'm not sure I understand your question.  Almost all cops I know of are for
laws banning quotas, as Brent's article shows some evidence of.

If cops are for this type of law, then why did police officials attend
the hearing to oppose the measure?  Or are you not including police
officials in terms of "cops you know of?"
