Indeed. What kind of moron just walks blithely right out in front of
an oncoming car without even slowing down? Didn't he see/hear it
coming?

Of course, this in no way excuses what the drunk driver did, but Jesus
H. Tapdancin' Christ, pedestrian dude! Watch where the f.ck you're
going!!

"Miraculously," the pedestrian survived with only some broken bones.
Darwin was robbed.
