I was driving through a parking lot behind a small Ford car when the
driver stopped in front of me for no apparent reason. It basically
parked in the middle of the lane to block traffic, leaving the car in
gear with the brake applied. After a minute or so, I was about to go
around the obstruction when I noticed someone pulling out of a nearby
space, so I waited for him to back out. That's when the MFFY tried to
pull into the same spot. I didn't understand this, because there were
about 50 empty spots at less than 30 seconds of walking distance away.
Why did the MFFY need that spot? It obviously wasn't to save a few
seconds of walking time, considering that it wasted several minutes of
time and petrol to wait for that parking spot.

<yawn> Business as usual. </yawn> Could be he saw the other driver's
reverse lights, but the departing driver jacked around in the car...or
waited to see whether the MFFY would drive on by. I see that $hïŧ all
the time in my area, especially at the Wally.
I have an even bigger peeve...two drivers from opposite directions
stopping in the middle of the block just to shoot the $hïŧ. Not only
do they block traffic in two directions, but they box in parked cars
as well.
