I find autos.msn.com to be helpful with trip options and some
performance figures. One selects "used cars", scrolls to the make/
model of choice, and can then select performance, interior, exterior,
etc. By default it will list the models and what is or isn't included
with each one. You can also select a model. Unfortunately, they only
give acceleration and braking figures for what they consider sports
cars, and the 04 focus does not fit the bill. They'll have everything
else though, from dimensions to luxury options to horsepower.
I also like edmunds.com for general vehicle info. Anytime I'm in the
market for a new vehicle I read the Edmunds history and reviews for
that vehicle, and come up with good information to help me buy the
right vehicle.
BTW, drive one of these for a while before buying. Some love, some
hate. I'm in the latter group. Get in a good hour+ test drive, or
rent one for a day. If you like it, good luck and enjoy!

Thanks but these are US specs and options and I wanted UK.
It took me a while to spot it until I saw photos of the Focus - big
front bumbers was a give-away.
I have re-posted on a UK group.

Just look for auto-related sites with UK at the end.
Regarding the advise to rent a car before buying, YES!
A drive with a yackty slesperson is useless, as is a run around the
block.
I biought a car that was just about perfect for me, but after months
of "Hip-pocket siatica," I finally replaced the seats.
A friend told me about a great vehicle he was going to buy ad the
wonderful deal and warantee. I told him to ry one for a weekend. He
didn't even get to the third hour before, he returned it to the rental
agency. He figured my advice had saved hin thou$ands.

Thanks for the tips guys.
I found all my answers on parkers.co.uk
I have already driven the Focus in the past, as a rental, and loved
it. I dont know anyone who doesn't like it.
I just wanted to know the power for various models and which trim
level had CD, AirCon, Electric Mirrors, sun-roof etc.
The UK market is different to the US market and I guess most of these
items are standard fit in the US.
I've previously had 1.4 engines - Ford Fiesta, Honda Civic and been
more than happy but the Focus 1.4 has no power. The 2.0 is too
expensive to insure (for me anyway) and the trim level on late 2003
models is better than early 2003 models so I've narrowed down my
search.
