Never heard of that company, although I travel to Italy on a
semi-regular basis. I presume it's not a rental car company but
a broker. You'll find the same brands all over Europe, like
Hertz/Avis/Europcar etc.

As a general advice, you should specifically order an automatic car if
you can't drive a stick. And after confirmation, you should stress it
again, and again the day before arriving. Once you arrive at the counter
you should mention it again, and when you pick up the car in the parking
lot you should complain again. And you should know how to drive a stick.

I rent regularly and have auto in my profile (I can drive both, it's
just preference). Maybe one out of ten cars is an auto.
