A totally non safety related "offense," that rakes in money hand over
fist for the state of California.....

If those CHP'ers (and cops everywhere for thet matter) would spend half
as much time going after LLB's like they did persecuting these people,
the roads would be much safer.

Which means that the cops won't be bothering themselves with it any time
soon.

Speeders aren't deadly. If they were, you'd have been able to ONCE
address the issue I've directed at you numerous times. Without
addressing the issue, you consistently prove you don't have a clue
what you're talking about. Not like we needed any confirmation there.

You're full of sh.t, like usual. LLB's clog the roads and COSTS lives,
not save them. I can't wait for the day when some LLB causes an accident

It seems that the majority of drivers were just outright confused by the
fizzbin* like rules. Of course that's what government does to create
violators and thusly be able to insert themselves into people's lives.

* http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Piece_of_the_Action_(TOS_episode)

The rules of Fizzbin were intentionally very complex. Each player gets
six cards, except for the player on the dealer's right, who gets seven.
The second card is turned up, except on Tuesdays. Kirk dealt the henchman
two jacks, which are a "half-fizzbin." When the henchman said he needs
another jack, Kirk warned that a third jack is a "shronk" and is grounds
for disqualification. With two jacks, one wants a king and a deuce,
except at night, when one wants a queen and a four.

At this point, Kirk dealt a third jack, but to keep the ruse going, he
ignored the disqualification rule he had just made up. He explained that,
had a king been dealt instead of a jack, the player would get another
card, except when it's dark, in which case he'd have to give it back. The
top hand is a "royal fizzbin," but the odds of getting one are
"astronomical": when Kirk asked Spock what the odds are, Spock truthfully
replied that he had never computed them.

Kirk called the last card a "kronk" and then purposely dealt a card such
that it fell on the floor. As the henchman being taught reached down,
Kirk punched him in the face after hitting him in the stomach, and Spock
nerve-pinched the other guard, allowing the three to escape.

Yeah, that Monday-Friday... so confusing!

Not to mention the only excuses offered were, "My GPS told me to do
it, and "I don't have the cash for the toll".

Naturally, you feel comfortable forwarding the conclusion "the
majority of drivers were confused"... since absolutely no such
evidence was presented.

Spurious conclusion.

Drivers who use prohibited lanes or do not bother to read ("about"
-13- signs, at least one of which includes flashing yellow lights), or
cannot understand regulatory signs and/or rules of the road may pose a
safety hazard, as is perfectly obvious in the example of the van
driver -stopping-... and then -backing up- on the f.cking highway.

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/persecute

If you see lots n' lots of LLBs it's most likely because you
habitually exceed the speed limit and 85th percentile velocity... and/
or you can't tell a driver maintaining a prudent following distance
from an LLB.

Damn cops.  Always enforcing the rules you ignore, huh?

There is no justification for these lanes to be "prohibited," in the
first place AFAIC, except for the buslines lobbying for them to be that
way for their convienence, you moron.

To use your own words, "spurious conclusion." If you are not riding in
the car with me (or in a car near by me), you can have no way of knowing
what I do unless I tell you. Try putting your brain in gear before you
engage your mouth, troll.

You don't have to be speeding or over the 85th percenitle velocity to
see LLB's, you knothead. I passed several on the right this afternoon
driving to/from J-ville and I was doing appx 68MPH (posted 70 zone) and
there were plenty of cars faster than I was. Therefore, I was not
speeding and I doubt that I was anywhere near the 85th percentile
velocity.

You mean the rules that they make up to rake in the cash? If violating
this idiotic prohibition is such a terrible offense, then put the
offenders in jail. Other wise it is nothing more than a money grab by a
thieving american (sic) government.

You told me.  Why would you whine about LLBs unless you see a lot of
them?  Why would you see a lot of them?

Spurious conclusion.  They didn't rake in much cash.

It's not such a terrible offense, just about $340 worth.

Are you telling me you are blind and driving?!?!? Because if you can't
see a car that is travelling on the same road you are; whether or not
that driver is LLBing; then you need to get off the roads, NOW!

Because they are disrupting the flow of faster traffic and they are
posing a danger to me when one of those faster cars has to move into the
right lane (where I; using the road properly; am driving) to pass the
self righteous f.ck who is LLBing. Are you one of those self rightuous
f.cks

That doesn't make any sense, I was talking about what -you- see.

In 1M+ miles of driving I haven't seen that many LLBs.

Spurious conclusion.  Nobody -has- to change lanes to pass slower
traffic.

And you seem to believe you own the entire right lane, and nobody
should use it while you're using it "properly"?!

LMAO. You're the last person to judge someone else's ability to learn,

It's rather hard to do it without changing lanes.

That's not what he said.  I understood him perfectly to be implying that
the slower traffic ought to *also* be in the right lane and not impeding
faster traffic.

I see that you have somehow overcome that little physics thing about two
objects occupying the same space at the same time? Otherwise, how do you
pull off passing someone who is in the same lane that you are?
