Bluffton suits begin

You won't see me defend the City of Atlanta often, but this time it
wasn't
the fault of the city.   She ought to be suing the bus company.
Their
driver got himself and the others killed from his own carelessness.
Thousands of vehicles have gone by and used that exit for years
without doing what he did.   I've used that exit myself and it looks
just like what it is, an exit ramp, with signs.

defendants."
