I don't know if it's happened or not, but I certainly don't patronize
*any* businesses in DC... and when, like yesterday, I do drive through
(due to some construction in the Wilson bridge area,) I simply drive
through. Somewhat because of the photo enforcement, and somewhat simply
because I'm not a city person, and abhor being surrounded by hordes of
people moving slowly and without purpose.
SWMBO, however, *works* in DC, so I'm sure she still spends money on
lunch etc.
