Hi Viatologists,
The Calgary Herald now has local traffic cameras from around town!
Hotspots available include the major routes for the metropolitan area:
Trans-Canada Highway, Deerfoot Trail Southeast (Primary Provincial
Route 2), and the Glenmore Trail (unsigned Primary Provincial Route
8).

With a Calgarian population base of one million people, you'll see
cars jam the six-lane superhighways throughout the day. The city is
rich in both oil production and non-tangible commercial services.
The Worldwide Highway Library, a component of Calrog.com, offers
archived glimpses of Calgary. Taken in 2005, several dozen
photographs of Albertan Provincial Routes are available at your
fingertips. These can be found here:

A special video of Primary Provincial Route 2 (circa 2005), currently
uncatalogued on the website's GUI, will be available once our
aesthetic overhaul has completed. Please mind the dust while we re-
program our GUI... Photographs and videos of Europe, Asia, and the
Middle East will be added over the next few weeks!
Cheers,
Carl Rogers

Much better pictures can be found on Julian MacDonald's page, where you
aren't confined to a measly shot or two and a bunch of propaganda and
information that may or may not be accurate. Instead you are assured of
accurate information by somebody who actually lives there.
