I was the second car behind this Honda driver in the rightmost left-turn
lane.  When the traffic on the left started to turn, this Honda driver
failed to accelerate.  It then went into the middle of the intersection
and stopped.

The Honda driver turned sharply into the leftmost turn lane, cutting off
the driver in that lane, while still using both lanes to turn the
corner.  It was like the Sloth suddenly wanted to block the left lane,
and couldn't wait until after turning the corner.  The Honda driver then
slowed down and blocked the traffic.

Other drivers started honking at the Sloth, and the driver in front of
the Sloth tried to drift into the right lane in front of me, maybe
because it didn't like how the Honda driver was now tailgating.  Not
wanting to wait until somebody swerved into me, or until the Sloth tried
to do something even more idiotic, I cut off the Sloth and the drifty
driver, swerved past another LLBing Sloth, and avoided the rest of the
idiocy.  The traffic behind the Honda and the other LLB was like a
parking lot.  What is wrong with these drivers?
